We Will Create Your Plan
We will review a detailed, itemised scope, and cost breakdown providing clear insight into specific enhancements planned for your home along with a projected timeline for completion. We offer a full asset management service if your schedule or location requires. This can include everything from initial property clearance and security right through to managing the sale and everything in between.

We Become Partners
Once you’ve signed all necessary documents we’ll initiate the project. The best part? You won’t pay a single thing until your home sells. Meanwhile, RenovateUK’s design and production teams will prepare all the necessary plans and materials ensuring that your matched, licensed, and vetted contractor can start work immediately.

Let's Get to Work
Renovations begin within just ten days of your contractor signing on. Throughout the process your dedicated RenovateUK’s owner representative will keep you fully informed with weekly updates. You can also rest assured that they are always just a phone call away to address any questions or concerns that may arise.

It's Listing Time
With your home in impeccable, move-in-ready condition, you’ll be ideally positioned to achieve the highest possible sale price. If required we can assist in the marketing process by guiding you to a trusted estate agent who we will liaise with on your behalf throughout the sale process.
Work is undertaken at trade prices with pre agreed fixed costs that are only repaid when the property sells.
